Due to personal reasons, Dr Ryan French is unable to blog his experiences.

Still participating in the Food Box Challenge, he was kind enough to send the following comments:

“…seeing as I haven't had a headache in 20+ years, I'm going to guess it’s the nutrition.  I will note that the volume of food is definitely more than enough - I seriously don't think I can even finish everything, and those with challenges are likely more used to eating based on volume and the sense of fullness versus eating for the sake of fuelling the body with high-end nutrition.”
